    DHL reported that the DHL Return API has disruptions since Friday, 17.03.2023 10am CET.
    This can lead to failures when trying to generate a DHL return label from the end customer facing returns portal as well as the Alaiko order overview.


    DHL has confirmed that their service is fully up and running since Friday, 17.03.2023 12:30pm again.
